DADILISTO

Dadilisto is like what is called alter-ego of mine; Young people in Iceland who are obsessed with painting and pursuing artistic creation sometimes get this nickname.
Even though I have been a professional artist for years, the economic collapse of Iceland had much effect on the living conditions, and it is more difficult for many artists financially, but this situation does perhaps bring greater freedom and make a new challenge.
The word amateur initially means someone who has a passion for something, that works out of love rather than for recognition or economic benefit, it is a position that should be a desirable position by an artist.
The artworld  is not always the most beautiful and generous for all.
