Sköpunar þrá mannsins. The creative desire of man.

About Man’s Desire for Creation.

People often ask me how I get ideas and why my art is mainly positive ? Each person is born with specific quality, but it needs to be cultivated. I recently published the article in icelandic culture magazine “Stína”; the article is about how to work with the spontaneous, and attempts to tell how number of people who had the qualities of being poetic or spontaneous had an impact on me; also how Sahajayoga can help cultivate the source. But the article is in Icelandic and I am not able to translate it properly, but refer to article in one of Sahajayoga official webpage.

Sahaja Yoga is also a health source and works against stress and anxiety.
