List pensilins./The art of the brush.

List pensilins.

Fyrir mig er pensilinn tákn fyrir einskonar töfrasprota, sem framkvæmir galdra í málverkinu, en málverkið er tvívítt en reynir að sýna þrívíðan heim, þetta mér finnst magnað fyrirbrigði þess vegna vill ég líka hafa mikið að gerast í málverkinu eins og í raunheimum, ég lít að listina sem eins konar lífsform í huganum, þetta lífsform er til að hjálpa manninum að skilja sjálfan sig og á góðum degi að nálgast guð.

The art of the brush.

For me, the brush is a symbol of a magic wand, which performs magic in the painting, but the painting is two-dimensional but tries to show a three-dimensional world, I think this is an amazing phenomenon, that’s why I also want a lot to happen in the painting like in real world, I see art as a form of life in the mind , this form of life is to help man understand himself and on a good day approach god.
